The Career
Responsible for all marketing activities and drive sales activities aligning with marketing strategy to achieve product sales to new and established accounts to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration
This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.
Role & Responsibilities:
Works closely with distributor and drive all sales activities aligning with marketing strategy & ensure their compliance
Promotes products & procedures to key distributors in APAC region .
Coach distributors' sales team and have meeting weekly/monthly with distributor’s sales team.
Initiates contact and schedules appointments with potential new customers.
Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders/market conditions.
Identifies customer needs and recommends new products to address them.
Develops customer and product focused presentation packages for sales.
Conducts competitive research/uses to tailor presentations.
Prepares sales reports/documents as required.
Develops and recommends specific sales plans and new product launches.
Handles customer questions and issues in a way that is consistent with product indications and sales training methodology.
Collaborates with other departments to ensure a timely resolution.
Provides input to sales forecast for business planning.
Relays relevant market information to management.
Identifies potential impacts to business.
Creates proposals for expansion of customer base.
Requirements:
Graduate with a University’s degree
FMCG industry experience is highly preferred , cosmetic industry will be a plus
Proven experiences as individual sales contributor or people manager
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales/ marketing ( priority for distributor model management and new market start-up ) and providing solutions based on customer needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Excellent organizational skills
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
Job location: Hong Kong or Shanghai, China, with travel in APAC region
