US Fortune 500 market leader and manufacturer of consumer household and personal care
Develops and manages Ecommerce business in Asia Strategic Business Unit with a focus in
Japan, Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Vietnam, SG – regional hub), Taiwan and Hong Kong.
This role will be required to develop a high growth eCommerce business for multiple brands of the company, establish routes to market, consumer acquisition, product selection, distributor
management and set up operation terms agreements and P&Ls.
He/ she will be responsible for the development of Long Range Plan (LRP) and Annual Budget
and holds P&Ls responsibilities for e Commerce channels in responsible markets. This role will
also lead strategic regional partnership with regional e-marketplaces, formulate and implement product, pricing, on-site media, promotion, and distribution strategy for the various e Commerce platforms.
He/ she will work closely with internal cross functional teams to drive profitable and sustainable growth for Asia eCommerce,
He/ she will also work with external distributor/ partner to:
Optimize consumer journey from traffic to conversion with eAMPS excellence
Analyze BIG DATA to identify business trends and opportunities, improve traffic/ conversion/
basket size, optimize onsite media performance, and improve customer service
This role will be reporting to Asia Ecommerce Director, open to be based in Hong Kong or
10 years of CPG digital marketing/ e commerce sales experience.
Ability to travel 20-30% of time.
