Brand Manager -Taiwan

The Career Responsible for Home Care three brands marketing and cross Laundry & Home Care brands digital execution. Support overall Mega-brand strategy by developing and implementing set of marketing strategies including: portfolio, NPD, brand, pricing, communication, media, etc.. Implement annual marketing plans to ensure business objectives are achieved. Leverage HQ/regional projects, including national product launch and copy development. Regular analysis of business performance and competitive activities and proactively leading the action plans. Oversee all activities to ensure that it is in line with Mega-brand strategy and corporate guidelines. Champion innovation in products and processes in order to achieve competitive advantage. Communicate and ensure application of best practice in brand management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Develop relationships with media, advertising, PR, audit and market research agencies.

The Requirement


Qualified candidate must have Bachelor's degree in any fields of study. Minimum of five (5) years working experience in FMCG industry (home care and personal care industries). Digital sense is essential. Strategic mind set as the person owns P&L and budget. 50% time is communicating with Global L Team. 50% brand execution (3 years marketing plan). Understanding of consumer needed and behavior. Strong analytical ability. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good presentation skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to think out of box, delivery innovation strategic solutions. Budget management skills. Fluent English communication skills.
