The Career

To create immersive, engaging Brand environments and guest experience for client's pitch and live projects. Ensuring that our creative service remains leading edge and ahead of our competition by providing concept, development to live and pitch projects in Automotive and other exhibition, showroom, museum or interior projects. In conjunction with the Account Director/Project Manager, ensure that internal and client presentations are on time, professional, engaging and persuasive and supported by sound rationale. Effective in handling multiple projects and tight deadlines. Client liaison - either directly (taking brief and following through to completion) or as part of a project team. Interpreting the brief, whether from the Accounts or client and developing a solution to suit their purpose. Estimating the time required to complete work. An implicit understanding of 3D disciplines. Knowledge in material and construction for interior and exhibition environment. You'll have to be a team player and adept at working with multi-faceted teams including Account Managers, Producers, Strategy, digital as well as and 2D, 3D designers. Have a broad creative understanding of how other media (Digital, film, content, motion, graphics, technology) can be part of the whole live communication experience. Commission and brief media professionals to work on pitches / live projects. Keep a current interest and understanding of the creative industry. Have an understanding on client's brand and product that can be applied to the creativity. The ability to drill through the client brief and conceptualize a brand experience whether in exhibition, events, showroom, retail and museum content. Delivering a brand environment which embracing the client's messages and objectives. Communicate creative direction to the internal and external team. Work well in collaboration and in teams. The Requirement

Minimum of 7 years plus experience in Agency (ATL / BTL / Architectural / Interior Design. Working knowledge in Asia market (ideally). Understanding of Brand Communication through BTL Live Communication. Language: Fluent in both written and spoken English, advantage: Mandarin. Selective knowledge and experience in PC or MAC literacy. Software: 3D studio max, AutoCAD, Adobe creative suite, MS Word. Team player. Clear communication skills on various levels with multicultural tam members. Proactive characteristics (Thinking ahead). Reactive characteristics ( Respond quickly and efficiently to a given task). Outgoing, Social, Passionate to tackle challenges. Interests will include music, culture, art, fashion, trends, innovation and even current affairs.
