The Career
This role will be the commercial leader for Korea e Commerce business development.
Specifically, he/ she will be responsible for the development of Long Range Plan (LRP) and
Annual Budget and holds P&Ls responsibilities for Korea e Commerce channels. This role will also formulate product, pricing, on-site media, promotion, and distribution strategy for the various eCommerce platforms.
He/ she will work closely with internal cross functional teams to drive profitable and sustainable growth for Korea e Commerce, specifically:
Lead cross-functionally including analytics, sales, Ecomm marketing and social commerce
Own overall P&L, category and channel strategy of Korea Ecommerce business
Lead Ecommerce Sales to build T2T relationship with key customers and drive business results
Lead Ecommerce Marketing to drive onsite consumer traffic to conversion through content, personalization and promotion
Advocate for Korea Ecommerce and partner with the brand marketing team to align on resources relevant to the local market
Lead cross-functional teams on business development projects, develop milestones and update leadership on progress and make corresponding recommendations
Work with Product Supply Organization (PSO) to ensure end-to-end operation delivery, improve FCST accuracy, and optimize supply chain opportunity
He/ she will also work with external distributor/ partner to:
Optimize consumer journey from traffic to conversion with eAMPS excellence
Analyze BIG DATA to identify business trends and opportunities, improve traffic/ conversion/ basket size, optimize onsite media performance, and improve customer service
The person will report to Asia eCommerce Director functionally, and Korea GM operationally.
Requirements
Years of CPG digital marketing/ eCommerce sales experience.
Ability to travel 20-30% of time.
Skills and Abilities:
An extreme fast learner and in tuned with platform changes and new game rules; able to take actions in lightning speed
Digital and eCommerce savvy; able to translate data to insights and actions
Possess a great balance of strategic thinking, flawless execution, and operation excellence
A well-rounded leader that works well with cross functional teams internally and externally
Education Level/Degree: Undergraduate University or above
