The Career Develop e-Commerce strategic road map with focus on direct to consumers channel. Define initiatives to build business vision and operation to execute strategic plans. Establish business strategy on consumer channels such as e-Commerce, digital and retail operation. Conduct business process re-engineering and define specifications and documentation. Manage vendors/distributors and ensure services meet with agreed standards.
Qualified candidate must have Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, e-Commerce or relevant discipline. At least 10 years of relevant experience with strong background in retail and wholesale industry. Strong knowledge on e-Commerce strategic planning and operation. Strong background in skincare/cosmetics area is an advantage. Proven track record of e-Commerce achievement. Experienced in building road map and defining strategies. Fluent in English and Chinese.
