The Career
Manage the daily production operation of cut & sewn - garment factory of 500 workforce in Vietnam
Maximize manpower resource for production efficiency to meet with the delivery timeline and quality requirement
Supervise the department head of cutting, sewing, finishing and technical to meet with KPI to align with Company’s goal
Monitor the technical team for continuous improvement of the manufacturing technique and machine application
Ensure work and production safety to comply with local regulations
Organize staff training program to ensure high level of production skill
Perform ad-hoc projects assigned by Top Management
The Requirement
Academic training in Textile/Manufacturing or related discipline
Over 15 years’ management experience in garment manufacturing industry
Solid knowledge and hand-on experience in knitwear production for US & European customers
Mature, strong leadership, problem solver and good inter-personal skill
Good command in English, Vietnamese or Chinese preferable
Station in Vietnam
