The Career
Report to the CEO
Lead Finance teams in Hong Kong office and China factories
Lead all accounting and finance function of this HK listed group, including financial management, consolidation and tax planning in Hong Kong and China
Review and analyze the financial results of Group and business units and provide recommendation to improve the business performance and support operational and strategic decisions
Develop financial strategies by identifying monetary resources and formulating cash flow forecast and annual budget
Ensure all statutory reporting, corporate governance and compliance requirements are met
Responsible for various investment projects in due diligence, feasibility analysis and related financial management
Taking a lead on investment related activities, including management of bank and investor relations, fund raising and investment road shows
The Requirements:
University degree in Accounting or Finance with accountancy professional qualification such as ACCA or HKICPA
Over 8 years experience as head of finance, including solid experience in HK listed companies
Experienced with corporate governance, investor relations and general business requirements of a HK listed company
Well versed in manufacturing environment with factories in China
Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required
China trip is required after virus
More solid top level experience will be considered as CFO (Chief Financial Officer)
