Reporting to Regional VP, Professional, APAC. With 4 Direct Subordinates and Total FTE: 60 (exclude 3rd party Sales & Technical Advisors) Indirect Subordinates. Full P&L responsibility for Professional business in China. Strengthen and accelerate the local market share growth, while consistently introducing innovative products to the market and expanding the sales channels. Lead the local sales, marketing and PPS (Professional Partner Services) organizations. Key dimensions: 2015 EBIT: 3,800 T euro. Manage the entire professional hair cosmetics business with P&L accountability. Develop a growth strategy for the business and create a stronger presence in the market. Accelerate product portfolio broadening by developing and introducing new products. Improve the performance of existing product lines by creating new markets and demand, and gaining further share. Expand the sales channel of existing products through innovative ideas. Strengthen the organization by developing and training next generation leaders, and manage capable staff in order to build an effective organization. Improve marketing communication as a way to better present the products in the consumer market.
Qualified Candidate must have a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or other related discipline. Experience ideally in FMCG Industry and/or with solid experience in "B2B" business model. 10-20 years working experience. Solid marketing experience at major FMCG companies with strong potential to assume a general manager role in a multinational company. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in same industry, salon business, or those with "B2B" business model. Also open to candidates with retail experience in FMCG with openness and flexibility to learn Professional business. Aggressive and proactive marketer with a successful track record growing a business. Sales management or operational experience with customer interaction is a plus. Excellent communications skills in English and Mandarin.
