The Career
Drive the daily operation of the garment factory of 500 workforce effectively and efficiently
Develop and execute business strategy and plan to align with Company’s goal
Monitor the production plan and execution to meet with customer’s quality standard in timely manner
Lead the senior management to work collaboratively in order to maximize the manpower resources
Liaise with local government authorities, lawyer and accountant to compile with statutory requirement
Maintain good communication relationship with customer and supplier
Manage full spectrum of human resources and administrative activities
Supervise the costing control exercise in line with the budget planning
Undertake ad-hoc projects assigned by the Top Management
The Requirement
Tertiary academic training in Business Management or equivalent
Over 15 years’ management experience in garment manufacturing industry
Solid knowledge and hand-on experience with US & European customers
Mature, strong leadership, problem solver and good interpersonal skill
Good command in English, Vietnamese or Chinese preferable
Station in Vietnam
