The Career
Responsible in strategic and leading a role to lead the Marketing team to support further business growth of Retail business (hair, body, skin) in China. Develop and execute short term and long term marketing strategy for Beauty Care Retail business which in line with overall brand strategy, guidelines and market trends to achieve key business objectives (turnover, profits, distribution and market share). Develop long term brand growth and marketing strategies ah inch are consistent with the organization's overall mission, vision and long term objectives. Lead, devise and manage the implementing of marketing plans for the organization's products/services including NPD resection in order to meet established sales and market share targets. Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities. Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of marketing professionals to achieve established sales and market share targets.
The Requirement
Qualified candidate must have Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other equivalent fields. Over 10 to 20 years experience ideally in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or beauty care industry. Should be experienced in product marketing. Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
