Requirements:
10+ years’ experience in Marketing, luxury skincare experience is a plus.
Excellent track record in innovation rollouts and launch management.
Project Management: Ability to inspire and lead team, hold them accountable to deliver project deliverables
Experience in consumer work and mix development a plus
Strong communication. Fluent Mandarin & English capability.
Strong beauty sense and Luxury taste.
