The Career

  • Overseeing marketing department.

  • Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan.

  • Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.

  • Executing the marketing plan.

  • Researching demand for our products and services.

  • Competitor research.

  • Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.

  • Identifying potential customers.

  • Developing promotions with advertising managers.

  • Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.

  • Compiling lists describing our offerings.

  • Execute promotions and campaigns to achieve market targets and objectives.

  • Building brand awareness and positioning.

  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.

  • Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.

  • Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.

  • Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.

The Requirement


  • 10+ years B2C Marketing Leadership Experience, within e-commerce/digital a major plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.

  • Experienced in a well known B2C FMCG Brands specially from beauty or personal care and FMCG category and has successfully grown a brand in China Market.

  • Have a successful track record of building up teams and expand business from scratch.

  • Proven marketing campaign experience.

  • Ability to juggle multiple objectives, projects and tasks while sticking to tight deadlines.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets.

  • High competence in project and stakeholder management.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

  • Deep knowledge of online marketing, social media, content marketing and PR.

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
