10+ years B2C Marketing Leadership Experience, within e-commerce/digital a major plus
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
Experienced in a well known B2C FMCG Brands specially from beauty or personal care and FMCG category and has successfully grown a brand in China Market.
Have a successful track record of building up teams and expand business from scratch.
Proven marketing campaign experience.
Ability to juggle multiple objectives, projects and tasks while sticking to tight deadlines.
Proven ability to manage budgets.
High competence in project and stakeholder management.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Deep knowledge of online marketing, social media, content marketing and PR.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
