The Career


Deliver the sales and receivables collection for the Modern Trade and Traditional Trade Accounts. Manage the planning and delivering of the sales targets and strategy by Account. Lead a team of managers -- guide and coach them to ensure that they deliver the results. Handle all aspects of relationships with the Modern Trade and Traditional Trade channels. Handle strategy & planning, management of key accounts, and customer & field visits. The Requirement

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or other related fields of study. Minimum of 10 years experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry, preferably coming from the Beauty Care sector. Strong proven experience in Modern Trade and Traditional Trade Account Management, and is thoroughly acquainted with the practices of Modern Trade and Traditional Trade of consumer products. Solid leadership experience and good at developing relationships as well as driving business outcome. Excellent English communication skills. Thai language speakers are preferred.
