Monitor ongoing marketing processes and business results, developing strategic shifts based on consumer behavior, interests, and marketplace needs.
Conduct market research to locate new customers and monitor competitors
Manage the departmental budget, including all expenditures for campaigns and research
Maximize marketing teams and brand ambassadors' relationships to drive growth.
8+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing in outdoor/outerwear apparel.
Ability to develop and maximize partnerships.
Proven ability to lead, develop and engage high-performing teams.
Business and financial acumen to create strategies and drive financial plans using analytics and KPI.
Must have critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to navigate around ambiguity and complexity.
Organized tasks into projects with strong project management are highly preferred.
Fluent in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
