The Career

  • Drive the overall Marketing strategic plan for the company's brand portfolio.

  • Monitor ongoing marketing processes and business results, developing strategic shifts based on consumer behavior, interests, and marketplace needs.

  • Conduct market research to locate new customers and monitor competitors

  • Manage the departmental budget, including all expenditures for campaigns and research

  • Maximize marketing teams and brand ambassadors' relationships to drive growth.

The Requirement

  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing in outdoor/outerwear apparel.

  • Ability to develop and maximize partnerships.

  • Proven ability to lead, develop and engage high-performing teams.

  • Business and financial acumen to create strategies and drive financial plans using analytics and KPI.

  • Must have critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Must be able to navigate around ambiguity and complexity.

  • Organized tasks into projects with strong project management are highly preferred.

  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
