The Career:
Overall business strategy, market development and growth across all channels in China
Increase penetration, promote brand, maximize customer margins and loyalty
Pioneer development of channel roadmap, drive alignment and execution Lead business model transformation and future route-to-market strategy
Provide insights into digital landscape and strategy for success
Develop and implement action plans for online/offline channels
Engage with regional/global teams on strategy planning and execution in China
Establish and enforce ethical standards across all business areas
Build and lead high-performing teams, drive talent development
Foster collaboration and high-performance culture across functions/teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent; 15-20 years of experience in consumer industry leading sales and marketing functions
Extensive sales management experience across online and offline channels, including e commerce, with proven track record of growing these channels
Deep understanding of e-commerce customer models and omnichannel strategies for brand growth
Expertise in strategy development, customer negotiations, and cross-channel operating models
Proven leadership skills in building, engaging, and developing high-performing, diverse, cross-functional teams; strong stakeholder influence and relationship management capabilities; excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
